Return & Refund Policy
At Rudra Ashish, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product arrived damaged or broken in transit
- You received the wrong product
- The product is defective
To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, along with the invoice and any certificate provided.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been worn, used or altered
- Customised or made-to-order items, such as custom malas or bracelets
- Items purchased on sale or clearance, unless they are damaged or incorrect
How to Request a Return
- Email us at rudraashish74@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
- Attach clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.
- Our team will review your request and reply within 2 business days with the next steps.
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first, as returns sent without approval cannot be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the mistake was ours.
Replacements
If you prefer, we will replace a damaged, defective or incorrect item with the same product at no extra cost, subject to availability.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it may still be eligible for a return under this policy.
